Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the same packaging as received.

Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order at [hello@givarni.com]. The applicable deduction for return shipping is as follows:

• For orders above 100 to 500 euros in Germany, a deduction of €24.90 will be applied to the refund amount.
• For orders up to 100 euros in Germany, a deduction of €14.99 will be applied to the refund amount.
• For shipments outside Germany, return costs are borne by the buyer, and we will deduct a flat fee of €14.99 for processing.

Note:
After we approve the return or send the shipping label, please send the product back to us within 5 days. If you do not ship the product within this time, we will consider you no longer want to return the product, and the return request will be closed.

Returning Bulk Orders:
When two or more items of the same specific product are ordered, only one of these items needs to have been opened to be eligible for a full refund. Please ensure that the opened item is included in the return shipment.

Refund Processing:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund, after suitable deductions mentioned above, will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Full Reimbursement Conditions:
In order to be fully reimbursed, the returned items need to be in their original condition along with the receipt, whether it is a copy or the original.

Please note that any refund does not include the shipping amount and return shipping amount. Only the product cost will be refunded, minus the processing cost.

Money-back guarantee does not include shipping fees and processing fees.
